Tree things to do in Salò, to discover the lake in different ways!
Which one do you prefer?
1. Day on the boat, are you more dynamic or do you prefer to relax?
From the small port of Salò, it is possible to visit other places on the lake by boat, leaving in the morning around 10 am and returning in the middle of the afternoon. Only on some days, and for the more dynamic ones, the fast hydrofoil solution is available with departure in the early morning and visit of 4 locations on the lake and return in the late afternoon. Which solution do you prefer?
2. Bike Experience, Do you know that you can take a private tour with a guide who is a professional biker?
In collaboration with Cycling Garda, a small group of enthusiastic and proud professionals, we organize bike tours for every level of preparation. The routes are various , from the flat countryside cultivated with vineyards and olive trees of San Felice Del Benaco and Manerba del Garda, to the most challenging climbs of the hills just above us or the Val Sabbia.
The Bike Experience will be decided by you together with your professional guide, it can be 3 hours or even the whole day with a stop for lunch. So if you are a bike enthusiast, we think is good to know that in Salò there is someone who knows how to make you have fun! See you soon!
3. From Salò to San Bartolomeo, a demanding walk with unmissable views of the lake.
The bay of Salò seen from above. We are just below the church of San Bartolomeo which can be reached in about an hour's walk uphill. You first reach the Corna, a rock from which you can enjoy a priceless view, and continue along the path that leads uphill to the church of San Bartolomeo, a 14th century building dedicated to the patron saint of butchers at 528 metres above sea level. Next to the church you can enjoy the shade of a monumental horse chestnut tree and the panorama that stretches from Desenzano to Peschiera.
Of course we will be happy to explain, advise you and confront you in order to organize your days in the best way.
